I understand that I am fully responsible for the decisions and choices reached during my mentoring sessions.
I understand that mentoring is a relationship between the mentor and myself, which is designed to facilitate the development of my personal and/or professional goals.
I understand that mentoring is a comprehensive process, which may involve all areas of my life including, but not limited to, work, family, health, relationship, education and recreation. I acknowledge that handling issues are entirely my responsibility and that the mentor is not liable for any decisions I make as a result of this mentorship.
I understand that mentoring is not a substitute for counselling, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and I agree to inform my mentor of any therapy or course of treatment I may be undertaking. I confirm that any medical or therapeutic practitioners involved in my care have been advised of my intentions to work with a mentor.
I accept that accountability for my progress rests with myself and not the mentor.
I agree that online mentoring can be provided within 72 hours.

Angel Healing Hands confirms that any notes taken from mentoring sessions will be securely stored electronically under password protection. No other person will have access to your notes other than Kym Dutton.
All topics discussed during a mentoring session will remain confidential and will not be shared by the mentor with anyone else.

I understand that due to the live nature of mentoring, which may involve communication and interaction outside of scheduled appointments, this service is non-refundable for any session received.
Any missed or cancelled appointments will be rearranged at a more convenient date or time for both the mentor and client.
I understand that I must pay the stated fee upfront prior to receiving any scheduled appointment or session. I understand that I can discontinue the mentorship service at any given time. I accept that should I discontinue the mentorship after full payment has already been processed, I will only be applicable to receive a partial refund of 50% of the total fee paid.
