Originating in Japan, this form of energy healing is a type of alternative medicine. Practitioners transfer ‘universal energy’ through the palms of their hands to the patient in order to encourage the patients own energy’s to heighten to assist in emotional or physical healing. Reiki has been used for over 2,500 years and is based upon using mother earth's energy and special symbols to heal, recharge and realign the chakras.

What are the healing potentials?

Reiki gives your body a break from the stresses of daily life, potentially helping relieve tension and return you to a state of relaxation. Once in this state, your body may be better able to heal any damage brought on by stress, injury, or disease. By helping a person experience deep relaxation, it is said that Reiki may enhance and accelerate our own natural healing process, because the body can stop being stressed. It is suggested that Reiki relaxes the auto-immune system, so that the body can focus on healing itself.

What is Absent Healing? 

Absent healing is where a person can stay in the comfort of their own home and the healer and spirit realm can manipulate the energy and give you direct healing this will require the receiver to be undisturbed during the session. The healer will send you specific playlist that has different frequencies that assist with the healing. Clients may feel spirit touching them, their energy changing and much more, everyone experiences healing differently and there is nothing to be afraid of, spirit will never try scare you and will know your limits.
