READINGS, HEALING AND TUITION - CANCELATION & REfund policy

I understand and accept that if I cancel more than three times with Angel Healing Hands between my first booking and any future bookings, that I will be removed from accessing any future bookings or courses. I agree to my name and details to be kept on a confidential system only accessed by Angel Healing Hands. 

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking. If due to unforeseen circumstances you are no longer able to commit to the agreed booking slot, please email  Angel-Healing-Hands@outlook.com  or use the website enquiry form on the 'Contact' page.  This will allow for a rearrangement at a more convenient time. If you do not wish to re-arrange your booking to a later date and/or time then a refund of 50% will be processed between 7-20 working days. 

Should the reader/healer decide to cancel your booking with no option given to re-arrange, then you will receive a full refund between 7-20 working days.

Please note: The reader/healer has the right to decline the service if the client is intoxicated with drugs or alcohol, suffering from mental health disorders and/or displaying a poor emotional state or unacceptable behavior. This is for the reader/healer to determine and is standard practice for professional practitioners. 

For courses where stated a non-refundable deposit is required, full payment for the course must be completed 14 days prior to the start date. Should you complete full payment of the course and then find that you are no longer able to commit to the sessions, you will receive refund of the total course fee minus the non-refundable deposit. The remaining amount due to the deduction of the deposit will be refunded between 7-20 working days from cancelation acceptance. 

The option to receive this refund will end after completion of third session in the course. After this stage it may be possible to negotiate a partial refund with the course provider, but this cannot be guaranteed. 

If at any stage the tutor or coordinator cancels a session, they will be obliged to rearrange the session at your next convenience or you will be refunded the full amount.  

Should the tutor/coordinator for any reason decide to cancel your place on the course or alternatively cancel the course completely without the option to re-arrange, prior to the completion of the course, then you will receive a full refund between 7-20 working days.
